Description
The Ultrasonic Drawing-Die Reconditioning Machine, Series US 100-E VA are designed to meet ergonomic requirements and used for rapid reconditioning and mirror polishing of natural and synthetic diamond drawing dies with diameters ranging from 0.10 up to 5.00 mm.
The ultrasonic power can get regulated between 10 -130 Watt infinitely variable, which is shown on a digital display.
Grinding attachment and ultrasonic head are moved automatically. Working pressure are adjusted very sensitive by potentiometer with digital display. Grinding angle adjustment range 0 - 45. Automatic grinding wheel oscillation. The control panel is freely movable. 4 drawing-die reconditioning-programs can be stored.
